Corrupt Judiciary: EFCC Interrogates 10 Judges Of Federal Hight Court

The Economic and Financial Crimes Commission has interrogated 10 judges of an Abuja Federal High Court in connection with allegations of corrupt practices.
The Head of media and publicity of the EFCC, Wilson Uwujaren, confirmed the ongoing investigation at a press briefing in Abuja on Thursday.
But he said it would be premature to release the identities and the number of judicial officers who had been interrogated by the agency.
However, an EFCC operative who spoke to Punch correspondent on the condition of anonymity said more judges had been invited for questioning next week.
The 10 judges were interrogated within the week by operatives of the Investigations and Special Operations Division of the EFCC.
As of the time of reporting, EFCC operatives were expecting a prominent judicial official for reportedly demanding N10m bribe from a retired officer of the Nigerian Customs Service
